Midwest Technologies is a company that has been in business since 2012. It is owned and operated by Andy Knauss and Kent Spohnheimer, who, prior to establishing Midwest Technologies, have a combined 16 years of experience in the Structured Wiring, Audio, and Video industries.
Andy grew up in Madrid, IA, where he attended Madrid High School and met his wife, Candice. After graduating, he started working in the audio, video, and cabling industry.
Kent grew up in Ellsworth, IA. He went to school at South Hamilton High School, where he met his wife Melanie. After high school, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at Iowa State University. He then started a career in the audio, video, and cabling industry.
Owner-operated, Midwest Technologies is a locally owned company, dedicated to working with individuals and businesses to bring their audio and video, security, network, central vacuum, and closet and storage needs into reality, while striving for affordability.
