Midwest Technologies is an up-and-coming company that has been in business since 2012. It is owned and operated by Andy Knauss and Kent Spohnheimer, who, prior to establishing Midwest Technologies, have a combined 16 years of experience in the Structured Wiring, Audio, and Video industries.
Andy grew up in Madrid, IA, where he attended Madrid High School and met his wife, Candice. After graduating, he started working in the audio, video, and cabling industry. Andy resides in Madrid today, where he knows almost everyone!
Kent grew up in Ellsworth, IA. He went to school at South Hamilton High School, where he met his wife Melanie. After high school, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at Iowa State University. He then started a career in the audio, video, and cabling industry. He and his wife moved to Slater, IA in 2007, where they reside today.
Debby who is our sales consultant grew up in central Illinois but attended and graduated from Iowa State University and has lived in the central Iowa area ever since. She co-managed/owned several independent businesses related to construction and agriculture while also raising her family. Debby has a passion for organization and has loved working with the Organized Living products (formerly known as Schulte) for over 20 years and feels it’s the best product out there!
